At Witness Threads, we want you to love every piece you order. But if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing times. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it right to your door.
